Naples

Maradona reached the top of her professional career in Naples. In a short time, the fans became lovers and the team experienced the most successful period. Under the leadership of Maradona,Naples became the league champion in the 1986/87 and 1989/90 seasons. 1987/88 and 1988/89 season was second in the league. They also received Coppa Italia in 1987 (Coppa Italia in 1989), UEFA Cup in 1989 and Superppa Italia in 1990. In 1987/88, Maradona became a scorer in Serie A.

That doping test was the end of Maradona’s national football career. Maradona played on the national team since the age of 17 recorded 34 goals in 91 games.
